The Grand Traverse County Republican Party was formed June 1, 1977.

Mission Statement

To identify, cultivate, support and promote, well-qualified, principled Republicans through education, communication, outreach and motivation of the electorate.

To grow our membership and Republican voter base through outreach programs, voter registration, events, forums and social media.

Vision Statement

To be the most effective county Republican Party within the State of Michigan; consistently electing principled Republicans to all elected offices.
